The Parish of Ballinasloe by Rev. Patrick K. Egan, printed in 1994, in twelve chapters tells the story of a parish from the establishment of Christianity to the year 1900 and events of the 20th century are treated of in a final brief chapter. 

Lengthy appendices of documents are included, together with a bibliography of sources, profuse illustrations and a parish map.
