Remembering Mayo's Fallen Heroes is a book that honours and remembers the men who hailed from Co. Mayo who fought and died in the wars all over the world, from World War 1, The Spainish Civil War, World War 2, Korea, Vietnam and also those who passed away whilst on duties for the Irish Defence Forces. It also tells of those who fought and survived and gives a brief summary of what came of them after the wars.

It was compiled by Michael Feeney, who was chariman of the fantastic committee who established the Mayo Peace Park, which is based in Castlebar and is a monumnet to those featured in the book.
