Last year was a difficult year for Helen. What some of you know is that she wrote her way through it, while she was healing. The writings were a therapy, and she never intended them to see the light of day, until she was encouraged to share them in the hope of raising awareness and maybe even helping others. And this book is the result. It was not easy at times, as she is baring her soul by publishing this book. It would have been much easier to write about beautiful landscapes or wonderful feelings  but this is from the heart, 
Anxiety and burn out are not fussy about where they make their home, and understanding that is the key.
Recovery and healing can happen too, and that is what this book is about...hope is always there, we just have to shine a light on it.
