The Magic of Insight is a book written by Doreen Dempsey, a chartered physiotherapist who just recently celebrated 25 years qualified in 2022. In her first ever book she brings the reader on a journey of self-discovery and growth. She has much experience of both having overcome: epilepsy, pelvic surgery, burnout, numerous athletic injuries, and the loss of her older brother Donal, who died by suicide in 2005.
