Galways James Patrick Mahon has lived more in 25 years than most people do in a lifetime, from being adopted in Romania in 1990 to becoming an international journalist.
James is also a third generation writer, his father Oliver penning law books and his grandfather ghost stories. Yet, he ended up by accident in media becoming one of the only Irish men in the history of local TV news in America covering tornadoes, mass shootings, drug busts and a terroist attack in Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina and Georgia.
Here he finally tells his unique story.
